Reserva Real was created after the visit of King Don Juan Carlos in 1995 and is considered one of the most exclusive and limited wines in Spain.
Description
Color: Bright ruby color.
Fragrance: Fresh, intense, complex aroma with notes of jam (blackberry, cherry) and leather.
Taste: Exceptional body with silky tannins, elegantly developing in the mouth. We recommend decanting the wine 30 minutes before serving to allow the aromas to fully develop.
Aging: Entirely hand-harvested, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature and ages in oak barrels for 24 months.
Serving temperature: 14°-16°
Food pairing: Great with Spaghetti Bolognese, roast lamb, young veal and simply cooked red meats.
Storage potential: up to 20-30 years.
