Between the cities of Vienne and Valence, where it is native, the Syrah variety expresses its full character. For most people, the Syrah variety is Shiraz, originally from Iran and brought back during the Crusades. For others, Syrah appeared in the third century under the Roman emperor Probius.

Fragrance: The wine tempts with its lightness and aromas of red fruits and pepperiness.
Taste: On the palate, this Syrah from the Northern Rhone fills with juiciness and liveliness, balanced by soft tannins and the aromatics of Viognier.
Aging: Entirely hand-harvested, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature and ages in oak barrels for 6 months.
Serving temperature: 14°-16°
Food pairing: Great with Spaghetti Bolognese, roast lamb, young veal and simply cooked red meats.
Storage potential: up to 10-15 years.
