The white wine FONTE SOUTO embodies all the strengths of the estate – unique terroir, freshness and balance provided by the altitude; concentration of aromas coming from vineyards with limited yields; complexity created by sur-li barrique fermentation and batonnage. This white wine shows maximum expressiveness of Arinto, which is considered the best white variety in Portugal, and a slight complement of Verdejo.

Description
Color: Clear straw-gold color.
Fragrance: The nose reveals delicate aromas of smoky toast, vanilla, grapefruit, honeysuckle and floral notes.
Taste: On the palate, flavors of cream, tea, black pepper, yellow plum stand out. The acidity is refreshing and gives elegance and balance to the wine. Good aging potential.
Aging: 6 months in stainless steel.
Serving temperature: 10°-11°
Food pairing: Suitable for combining with salads, seafood, fish, white meats and cheeses. Suitable for combining with vegan and vegetarian diets.
Storage potential: 15 years.
