For its centenary, the House creates the exceptional Cuvée Charles VII in homage to the royal history of the Champagne region. Its elegant bottle with an exceptional design is the place for blends made in particular with Grands and Premiers Crus.

Taste: Distinct acidity, served by aromas of white fruits, enhanced by rounder and richer flavors.
Harvest: Completely manual.
Vinification: It ages for 60 months on lees.
Serving temperature: 6°-8°
Food pairing: An ideal aperitif.
