Description
Tasting characteristics:
The wine has a ruby color. On the nose, intense aromas of fresh red and dark fruits, candied lavender, exotic spices and smoky mineral tones are felt. On the palate, it is juicy and concentrated with flavors of raspberry, cherry, flowers and spices. The floral and mineral character combines successfully with fine tannins until the long, spicy finish. A perfect combination with grilled red meats, game and mature cheeses.
