Taste: On the palate, the wine is fresh and soft, with fine tannins and a beautiful cherry finish.
Aging: Entirely hand-harvested, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature and ages in oak barrels for 12 months.
Serving temperature: 14°-16°
Food pairing: Great with Spaghetti Bolognese, roast lamb, young veal and simply cooked red meats.
