Description
This dessert wine is made from one of the most classic grape varieties in the Mediterranean.
Color: Floralis Moscatel Oro by Miguel Torres is vinified from Moscatel grapes (100%) and has a lovely amber color in the glass.
Fragrance: This pure dessert wine exudes an enticing bouquet with a subtle floral aroma of roses and fresh citrus aromas.
Taste: The taste is juicy and wonderfully concentrated. The finish convinces with good length and pleasant sweetness.
Aging: It is made in the style of Vin Doux Naturel. The grapes are pressed after 6 hours of contact with the mash. To preserve the natural sweetness, wine distillate is added to the must before fermentation. The dessert wine is aged in a steel tank for one year. It is then stored in the bottle for another 2-4 months before being released on the market.
Serving temperature: 10°-11°
Food pairing: The wine is an ideal accompaniment to desserts/pastries with dried fruits and a honey or caramel topping, as well as the Spanish dessert Crema Catalana.
Storage potential: 10 years.
