Tasting characteristics:

Clear, sparkling pale greenish color. Fresh “green” nose with refreshing notes of nettle and mowed grass, combined with ripe yellow fruits – papaya and melon. Round, medium-bodied with excellent, juicy taste, soft freshness and a long, attractive fruity finish. Excellently balanced white wine with good structure, which allows it to be served with warm starters with white meat, with pasta and pizza with cream sauces, with medium-ripened yellow cheeses or even with raw dried sausages (prosciutto, ham, shepka, etc.)
