Description

Color: The wine has a pale straw yellow color.
Fragrance: A pleasant bouquet of diverse aromas – pears, bananas, apricots and acacia.
Taste:  The taste is reminiscent of pear syrup and quince peel. Good balance between acidity, body and a long, pleasant finish with notes of toasted almonds and straw.
Aging: The whole fruit is gently pressed with a pneumatic press. After the first pressing, the must is transferred to temperature-controlled fermentation tanks. The wine remains with the yeast throughout its life before bottling.
Serving temperature: 10°-11°
Food pairing: A suitable combination with fish and seafood - sea bass, trout, flounder, mussels, crab.
Storage potential: 10 years.
