Description
Color: The wine has a pale straw yellow color.
Fragrance: On the nose, intense but delicately expressed aromas of yellow paprika, peach, sage and melon are felt.
Taste: The palate repeats the flavors from the nose, with elegant acidity, good balance, and a finish of fig syrup and tropical fruits.
Aging: The whole fruit is gently pressed with a pneumatic press. After the first pressing, the must is transferred to temperature-controlled fermentation tanks. The wine remains with the yeast throughout its life before bottling.
Serving temperature: 10°-11°
Food pairing: A suitable combination with fish and seafood - sea bass, trout, flounder, mussels, crab.
Storage potential: 10 years.
