Color: Charmingly pale in color with silver highlights.
Fragrance: Delicate aromas of cherry, hints of orange and peach, supported by fine minerals and a light candy aroma.
Taste:A lively and full-bodied wine. Slightly acidic with notes of citrus and cherries. Thanks to the soil, the finish is distinct with mineral tones.
Aging: Controlled fermentation in stainless steel vessels and aging for 4 months in them.
Serving temperature: 9°-11°
Food pairing: Best with Mediterranean food, roasted chicken, ham, grilled salmon, tuna steak, fried shrimp and all kinds of cheeses.
