Fragrance: Cuvee Extra Dry is attractively intense, very fruity and aromatic, with notes of wisteria flowers and Rennet apples.
Taste: On the palate it is well balanced, attractive and fruity with an extremely elegant hint of acacia blossom.
Harvest: Completely manual.
Vinification: The secondary fermentation is by the “Charmat” method.
Serving temperature: 6°-8°
