Made only from Merlot, this wine interprets Bolgheri and its intention to produce wine with the idea that in addition to the sweetness and structure typical of the region, freshness gives a lively spirit and exciting emotions.
Description
Color: Bright ruby color.
Fragrance: A tempting nose of red fruits with pleasant cherry notes, plum and spiciness.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is well structured, rich and captivating, with a pleasant fruity finish.
Aging: Entirely hand-harvested, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature and ages in oak barrels for 18 months.
Serving temperature: 14°-16°
Food pairing: Great with Spaghetti Bolognese, roast lamb, young veal and simply cooked red meats.
Storage potential: up to 20-30 years.
