Color: The color is deep, cherry red.
Fragrance: The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit and spices.
Taste: On the palate, red fruits (blackcurrant and blueberry) and spices are felt, with a fresh finish.
Aging: 4 months in cement tanks and old, large oak barrels
Serving temperature: 12°-14°
Food pairing: A wonderful combination with red meats, roasted or grilled chicken, and soft cheeses.
Storage potential: Up to 10-15 years.
