Description
Color: Beautiful light pink color.
Fragrance: On the nose, a fantastic bouquet with delicate aromas of white fruits, freshly picked strawberries and floral notes.
Taste: The body is complex, with raspberries and wild strawberries, wild herbs, citrus, wet stones. The wine has refreshing acidity, thanks to the altitude at which the vineyards are located, and a distinct, long, lively finish.
Aging: Controlled fermentation and 4 months aging in stainless steel.
Serving temperature: 9°-11°
Food pairing: Best with Mediterranean food, roasted chicken, ham, grilled salmon, tuna steak, fried shrimp and all kinds of cheeses.
Storage potential: 5 years.
