Aging: Celeste Roble is a red wine from Ribera del Duero, produced by Pago del Cielo, one of the most famous and exported wineries in the world. The grapes come from vineyards at 900 m above sea level in the town of Peñafiel. Celeste Roble, in addition to its obvious quality, is known for its label, where the stars that can be seen during the harvest in the vineyard can now be appreciated on the bottle. Celeste Roble, before being bottled, is aged briefly in oak barrels, which brings many typical nuances.
