Fragrance: Attractively intense nose, very fruity and aromatic with notes of wisteria and apples.
Taste: Very well-balanced body, with extremely delicate notes of almond, typical of the Glera variety.
Harvest: Completely manual.
Vinification: The secondary fermentation is by the “Sharma” method.
Serving temperature: 6°-8°
Food pairing: An ideal aperitif.
Storage potential: It is consumed young.
